  1. Why can’t the shooters kill people somewhere else other than Maywood? Maybe Broadview or Bellwood or Melrose Park…they are just as good as Maywood is for a murder.

  2. I feel for the family of the victims, but if Maywood police chief provide a safety plan instead of being in the wsj paper trying to regain his reputation maybe these incidents wouldn’t happen so often. The murderwood count is 13 now, this raise the count to 21 in the last two years.

  3. A beloved son#father#fiancée#dad#grandson#nephew#counsin who was truly loved. The Maywood Police Department is being downright nasty to the family. Black#Lives#Matters and Willie Diontae Ellis MATTERED!

  4. I would like to send my condolences to the family of this young man who lost his life in Maywood recenly. Mothers of Murdered Sons support group for families of murdered victims meet every second Saturday at the Bellwood Library, our next meeting is January 9, 2016 from 1:30pm until 3:30pm. Join us.

  5. Willie Ellis mattered then and he matters now so I hope and pray that Maywood is doing all they can to get the person and or people that is responsible for this senseless killing.. My nephew was a good, hardworking family man and we will not stop until Maywood police gets whoever is responsible off the streets so that this will not happen to yet another innocent person. Do your jobs and find the people who did this.

  6. I miss my nephew he did not have to die he’s a very good hearted person I just want to know why him ? Broken hearted uncle anthony
