  1. We have to take our youths death very serious. The families that lost they love ones this year need to unite among each other an support one another. According to the village freepress, Maywood had about 15 violent deaths, from shootings to vehicle accidents. Residents have to demand a better plan for fighting crime, this is real. Another native Maywood Man died this weekend on a motorcycle. Maywood citizens lets make our streets safer, by demand.

    1. BIG RICK: I have been posting this on the website that the residents in the village of Maywood needs to attend the town hall meetings and hold the trustees accountable. Hold Mayor Edwenna Perkins, Village Manager Willie Norfleet, Jr. and Maywood Police chief Talley accountable too. It is not rocket scientist that is the only way that Maywood will see progressive changes. I am tired of typing this up.
