A regular meeting of the Maywood Board of Trustees is scheduled to take place tonight, Tuesday, Oct. 2, 7 p.m., at village Council Chambers, 125 S. 5th Ave. in Maywood. Among items to be considered and/or discussed (for the full agenda packet, click here):
- Approval of Village of Maywood Warrant List No. 200458 through September 28, 2018 in the amount of $1,673,925.47.
- Discussion of Village of Maywood Open Invoices Report as of September 28, 2018 in the total amount of $1,742,691.93.
- Discussion and consideration regarding memo received from Edwin Hancock Engineering pursuant to the 2018 Green Infrastructure Alley Improvements Project, Bid Opening Results and Recommendation. The award of contract is intended to begin work this Fall season on two (2) alleys prior to winter weather conditions.
- Discussion and consideration regarding the Madison Street Traffic Signal Study concerning traffic signal improvements to the intersections along Madison street at 17th Avenue, 9th Avenue, and 5th Avenue in the Village of Maywood. This project will be paid for through funds in the Madison Street TIF. VFP
