There are many ways in Proviso Township to start the New Year off right. Here are just a few:
Plan your vision for the New Year
On Thursday, Jan. 3, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Oak Park Public Library, 834 Lake St. in Oak Park, the Bellwood nonprofit Lade Inc. will host a Vision Board Party.
A vision board party is a fun way to create the life that you want for yourself. We discuss our vision, goals, and form a sisterhood to hold each other accountable for each other’s success. We will accomplish this by cutting and pasting pictures from magazines on to a poster board, using our creativity to design our future on a piece of cardboard.
This event is open to the public! Women of all ages are welcome! A small donation of $10 is requested in order to attend. Supplies are included and light refreshments will be served. RSVP at www.foreveralade.com. For any questions, please call (708) 996-3880.
